Construction of our Golf Bungalows has begun with the first phase of 12 units available for purchase now. The Golf Bungalows at Champions Retreat will be limited to 25 units upon completion of the final phase. Each unit is approximately 2,500 square feet, and includes furnishings, four golf memberships and participation in the rental program which provides the owners with an opportunity for an immediate return on their investment.
- Opportunity to lease the Golf Bungalow during Masters Week and throughout the year. The percentage earned is as follows (based on per suite per night fee):

All rentals are handled through the Champions Retreat Cottage department. - All Golf Bungalows are extremely well appointed and complete with lavish furnishings from wall to wall and floor to ceiling, flat screen televisions in every room, modern Electrolux appliances, old world rubbed bronze fixtures, waterfall showers and high speed wireless internet.
- Other benefits of owning a Golf Bungalow include:

- golf privileges on all 27 holes (cart fee additional)
Four (4) golf memberships (Currently valued at $120,000 based on individual Charter Membership.) - Use of practice facilities with no additional fees.
- Guaranteed preferred Masters Week tee times.
- Ability to send up to two groups of unaccompanied guests as long as they are staying in the Owner’s Bungalow or a Club Managed Golf Cottage based on availability. Cottage rental rates vary throughout the year and may change according to management. Cottage rates are charged on a per suite, per night basis with a maximum of two persons per suite.

Fee Schedule*:
- Annual Cottage/Bungalow Administration Fee (including HOA dues): $5,100 per unit.
- Cleaning fee: Owners, including the members or shareholders of an entity, are not charged a rental fee to stay in the Owner’s Bungalow, but are required to pay a $50 per day cleaning fee.
- Cart fees: Current rate is $21 for 18 holes.
- Monthly local dues: $395 per month
- National/International Dues: $280 per membership.
